A day with lots of fun activities including playing games, feeding the ducks, treasure hunt, walk, picnic and playing in the park.

The provider will complete an assessment before the activity. 

Who?

5-19 year olds with special educational needs and disabilities.  Siblings are welcome but places must be booked in advance.   

How many?

Maximum of 30 children and young people.  Please note that only one 1:1 place is available.    

Where?

Meeting at the Lydiate Room, Bggeridge Country Park, Gospel End, Sedgley, DY3 4HB.

The Lydiate room is a red brick building accessed off the top corner of the upper car park.  Look out for the Let Us Play flag.  

Anything else I need to know?

Please note that the activity will take place in all weather - indoor space with toys/craft activities will be available, however the day is planned to be outdoors.  A buffet lunch is provided - please advise of vegetarian requirements.     

How much?

A voluntary contribution of £10 is requested if this is an additional activity.
