Our Dementia Support service provides personalised support to people with dementia, carers or family members and is unique to their needs and personal circumstances. We support people with all diagnoses of dementia, regardless of where they are in their journey.  Our Dementia Advisers provide information and practical support to help understand more about dementia and how to live well with the condition. Our service can be provided over the phone, virtually, face to face or via email to meet individual requirements and is completely free.

• help to understand and live with dementia, including coping techniques
• support with everyday living, such as government benefits
