Reflective School Support

Monday to Friday within hours 9-6 as agreed with the commissioner and family.

Reflective School Support provides individualised programmes of one-to-one tuition for young people who are temporarily unable to access a full time education in a mainstream or specialist setting. This could be because of a medical need, exclusion for school or disruption to education related to being in the care of the Local Authority. This service is not appropriate for pupils who are electively home educated. Pupils across Key Stage 2,3 and 4 can be supported.

A core curriculum of English, Maths and Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education will be provided with additional subjects by agreement. Qualifications can include G.C.S.E., Functional Skills English and Maths and various ASDAN awards related to the development of essential skills.

We are on Staffordshire County Council's list of alternative providers for tutoring.
