Join us for this fun swim session to develop swimming skills and enjoy time splashing about.

Crossroads Care Staffordshire.  

An assessment must be completed before the activity.  Provider will contact any new attendees before the activity. 

Who?

8-18 year olds with special educational needs and disabilities who live in Newcastle or Staffordshire Moorlands.  Parents/carers do not need to stay.  

How many?

8 children and young people.

Anything else I need to know?

Support with personal care and medication is provided. Please bring swim kit.

How much?

A contribution of £4 is required if this is an additional activity.
