PATOSS have developed a Checklist of characteristics which identifies areas that a child may need support with at school. It has sections for different ages, Early Years, Primary and Secondary. It is a useful tool for teachers and teaching assistants to use to inform the Assess, Plan, Do, Review cycle. The combined checklist is available in either paper copy or online.
