Care Plus Telecare Service offers personal alarm systems (lifelines) and other monitoring equipment within the home (such as fall detectors) for older and vulnerable customers in Staffordshire (and beyond). A Telecare Coordinator will install equipment which is competitively priced and tailored to personal need.

The service monitors over 10,000 Telecare connections by using the latest technology. Simply pressing a discreet alarm button, that can be worn as a pendant or on your wrist, connects you with a caring and dedicated advisor, who will respond appropriately to the situation, contacting emergency services, if necessary.
