Loggerheads & District Befrienders
We extend the hand of friendship to anyone over 18.
We hold coffee mornings and games afternoons with sit down exercise and outings, individually or in groups, as well as talking with people in their homes.
We provide transport for those who needs it. We shop for those just out of hospital.
They also hold group outings and events, such as tea parties.
All befrienders have been DBS checked.
There is no charge for the service and confidentiality is promised at all times.
The service covers Loggerheads and the surrounding distict, and befrienders will visit anyone who would like to use the service in their own home.
