The team at Arthur House work in partnership with both Children and Adult’s teams to create clear pathways for young people into adulthood as well as adults on their journey to further independence.
With qualified, experienced and flexible teams on site at all times, this service is set up to provide a safe and effective support environment, enabling each person to maximise their potential and increase their independence in a bespoke and proactive community setting.
The team at Arthur House focus on each individual in a person centred way: designing support plans, risk assessments and strategies with a focus on positive behavioural support.
