Dont Stop Keep Going offers Counselling, Life Mentor or Life Coaching to those struggling to make sense of their life, that feel stuck in their life or are looking for a change. We are all individuals in the way we think and behave. I have a natural ability to work with your individual needs. Using both my personal experience and development, I can explain life in a simplistic manor. We could say that through story telling, together we can translate your life into a language you understand. We could either meet online or in the park, it's quite relaxing and clients have said they feel elated during my session, I can see when they part from me they are lighter than when they arrived. I do not have one location for meeting clients, I either use online or we arrange to meet at a coffee/ tea or park shop around my area.
With the covid resstriction, I am meeting clients at the local park, and adhering to social distancing and safety rules
