*Everyone Health Staffordshire Service - COVID 19 / CORONAVIRUS 19 - UPDATE

Staffordshire County Council services

COVID 19-UPDATE

To protect you, your family and our staff, Everyone Health is asking all service users not to attend any face to face appointments. We have been contacting our patients to arrange alternative support. We are transitioning services to be delivered over the phone or virtually and can therefore still offer you support and would still welcome new clients to our free services. If you have any questions or would like to join our service, please do not hesitate to contact us on 0333 005 0095 or via eh.staffs@nhs.net

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Whether you want help to quit smoking, lead a more active lifestyle, lose some weight, or simply take advantage of the NHS Health Checks we offer, Everyone Health can help you.

We provide services with an integrated approach that look to not only help alleviate short-term problems, but that take a holistic approach to health and social care, helping to change long term behavioural patterns for the better in those over 50 years old.

Please click on the links below to view our service specific information and clinic timetables:

Everyone Health has partnered with Staffordshire County Council in order to provide services that help and support those aged over 50 who meet a certain criteria and live in one of the identified areas across Staffordshire.

Our mission is to create a sustained positive impact on the health and wellbeing of local communities, enabling individuals to drive and sustain change.

Please visit our other pages on Staffordshire Connects for details of our clinics in each area, or call us to find out more or to book your place.  You can also sign up online directly at: www.everyonehealth.co.uk/staffordshire
