We provide services with an integrated approach that look to not only help alleviate short-term problems, but that take a holistic approach to health and social care, helping to change long term behavioural patterns for the better in those over 50 years old.

Everyone Health has partnered with Staffordshire County Council in order to provide services that help and support those aged over 50 who meet a certain criteria and live in one of 52 identified areas across Staffordshire.
Our mission is to create a sustained positive impact on the health and wellbeing of local communities, enabling individuals to drive and sustain change.

We cover 52 specific ward areas which are: Brereton and Ravenhill, Cannock East, Cannock North, Cannock South, Hednesford North, Western Springs, Anglesey, Eton Park, Horninglow, Shobnall, Stapenhill, Winshill, Chadsmead, Curborough, Summerfield and All Saints, Audley and Bignall End, Bradwell, Chesterton, Cross Heath, Holditch, Knutton and Silverdale, Ravenscliffe, Thistleberry, Newcastle Town, Perton Lakeside, Common (Stafford), Coton, Highfields and Western Downs, Manor (Stafford) Penkside, Biddulph East, Leek North, Belgrave, Bolehall, Castle, Glascote, Mercian (Tamworth), Stonydelph and Chasetown.
