Bethany Thornton Counselling
I am a qualified, experienced and BACP Registered and Accredited Counsellor working in the Stafford area, offering counselling for individuals or couples, either in my comfortable counselling room, over the phone or online using Skype/Google Meet/Whatsapp.
Depressed? Anxious? Stressed? Disliking yourself? Struggling to overcome the impact of past events? Grieving? Relationship problems? All these things and more can follow you like a dark cloud, stopping you from enjoying life and making the most of each day. You may have thought it will go away eventually, but it’s just not getting any better… if you’re wanting to improve your mental health but can’t seem to do it on your own then it may be time to get in touch with me.
If you are looking to take that first step in speaking to a counsellor then be assured that you will receive a friendly and welcoming approach from me, so please get in contact and we can discuss your requirements in confidence. I also offer a discounted rate for the first session so that you can make an informed decision about whether you would like to work with me.
