DESMOND Type 2 Education

DESMOND is a full day of structured education for type 2 diabetics.

DESMOND is delivered in Community venues across North Staffordshire and Stoke.

Available Monday to Friday and a Saturday once a quarter.  

The aim of the education is to reduce risk factors and the complications that develop from Type 2 Diabetes when blood sugars are not controlled.
