Whittington and Fisherwick logo

The scheme has been running since 2015 and supports residents of Whittington and Fisherwick, we do not operate outside the parish.

Run by local people for local people, the Scheme brings people together across the community. Its overall aim is to improve the health, individual / community wellbeing and quality of life for residents.

The primary beneficiary groups are the vulnerable elderly; those living alone, often socially isolated; with mobility and health issues/disabilities.

The volunteers benefit themselves as well a the community they serve, sharing their skills and knowledge but learning too.
