Feedback, complaints and compliments

We welcome feedback from children, young people, parents and carers.

Getting feedback can help us learn more about your experiences of receiving services and help us to develop and improve them.

Staffordshire County Council always aims to provide a high standard of service; however there are occasions when you may feel that this standard has not been met.

We want to hear about these experiences so that we can:

  • learn from your experience
  • put things right where needed
  • resolve complaints as soon as we possibly can

If you would like to provide feedback about the Local Offer you can do that by emailing localoffer@staffordshire.gov.uk

If you are unhappy with a service that is not provided by Staffordshire County Council you will need to follow the complaints procedure for this specific organisation.
